Sony will unveil the next generation of its flagship TWS buds next week – the WF-1000XM5 are coming on July 24 (Monday). The company doesn’t reveal much about them just yet, though from the “For the silence. For the sound.” tagline it’s pretty clear that the focus will be on improving noise handling. There have been multiple leaks about the XM5 model. The new buds will be smaller, tipping the scales at just 5.9g, down from 7.3g.
