After years of people asking for it, Twitter has finally added a Night mode option in its app. The option has currently only been spotted in the Android version, with iOS availability not yet known. The option appears as a server side update provided you have one of the recent updates installed with the new Material Design UI. The switch gives the app a slick dark blue appearance, which is far easier on the eyes and also on the battery if you have an AMOLED display.
